Develop new formulae for a new or line-extension product, driving product innovation through incorporation of new ingredients, processing and technology Generate/update raw materials, process and finished product specifications Provide technical support to the QA Department Preparation of sample prototypes based on client requirements To ensure understanding of R&D objective and provide documented results when required Perform other duties stipulated as per ISO 22000 requirements Additional job will be assigned by the superior or management as and when necessary

Requirements:

Education: Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Food Science/Technology Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in the same industry Skills: Knowledge in product quality/safety requirement Training: HACCP/ ISO 22000/ Halal and shall be provided as and when necessary Required Language: English and Bahasa Melayu. A positive attitude with the ability to work independently. Possess own transportation.
