\xe2\x80\xa2 Overseeing engineering deliverables and multi-disciplinary works to meet project quality requirements and on time delivery. \xe2\x80\xa2 Checking and monitoring overall sub-structure/structuring works, Architectural and M&E works. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure that on-site construction works are carried out as per Drawings and Specifications and according to local regulations and requirements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise with consultant, contractor for project related matters and requirements to ensure the smooth implementation of work progress. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure the workmanship & quality of building during construction stage. \xe2\x80\xa2 Take immediate action if any issues / emergency happen at site. \xe2\x80\xa2 Verify progress claim with QS Department.
