About the Role
We are seeking experienced, architecturally-trained site professionals to join a high-rise residential development project in Johor Bahru. This is a long-term role offering the opportunity to be directly involved in site supervision, inspections, and coordination, ensuring high standards of architectural quality.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct architectural site inspections and monitor construction progress.
Review and interpret architectural drawings, ensuring compliance with specifications.
Support drafting and minor CAD amendments when needed, reducing reliance on external consultants.
Coordinate with site teams and provide practical solutions for construction challenges.
Prepare site reports, document issues, and support project management.
Requirements
Minimum
5 years' experience
; ideally
8-9 years+
in architecture or construction.
Strong architectural background with site supervision exposure preferred.
Proficient in
reading drawings
; CAD/drafting skills a strong advantage.
Experience in
high-rise building projects
is highly relevant.
Open to all races; no specific language requirements.
Willing to commit to a
5.5-day work week
.
Contract & Benefits

Completion Gratuity:
One month's salary paid as a lump sum at the end of the contract.
