About the Role
The Assistant Restaurant Manager (All Day Dining) is responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the hotel's All Day Dining restaurant, ensuring seamless service delivery from breakfast through dinner. The role includes supervising the service team, maintaining high standards of hospitality, coordinating with the kitchen team, and ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing daily operations of the All Day Dining restaurant.
Supervise service staff to ensure consistent delivery of 5-star service standards.
Support buffet service operations during breakfast, lunch, high-tea, and dinner.
Coordinate with kitchen and stewarding teams to ensure smooth F&B operations.
Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
Assist in staff training, performance monitoring, and scheduling.
Ensure compliance with food hygiene, safety standards, and hotel SOPs.
Monitor inventory, minimize wastage, and assist in cost control.
Support promotional events and seasonal dining campaigns.
Act as Manager-on-Duty for the outlet in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Management, or related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory experience in hotel restaurants, preferably in an All Day Dining or buffet concept.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent guest service mindset and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of buffet operations, food safety, and HACCP standards.
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
