TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for overall daily F&B operational business functions activities. Directs staff to ensure that food safety, product preparation, and cleanliness standards are maintained. Ensure the quality of food is always good and standardize in restaurant. Train new and current employees on proper skills and customer service practices. Responsible for local marketing initiatives and ensure that marketing/promotion plans are implemented. Review and ensure monthly sales target are met and continuously seeking for operational improvement. Ensure SOP is observed and carry out consistently. Any other ad hoc task assigned by the Management. -
