Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing and managing daily restaurant operations.
Ensure proper setup of the restaurant before each service, including checking tables, service stations, and overall readiness.
Maintain smooth and efficient restaurant operations at all times.
Handle reservations, record details accurately, and make necessary arrangements.
Receive and input customer orders promptly and accurately.
Ensure timely and efficient service of all meals, snacks, beverages, and functions according to established standards.
Address customer complaints and feedback professionally to ensure satisfaction.
Supervise, monitor, and guide team members; provide necessary training to maintain high service quality.
Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager or Management.
Requirements
Diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
Preferably an entry-level candidate specializing in Food & Beverage, Restaurant Service, or Hospitality.
Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Self-motivated and able to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
