Job Overview:



We're looking for a proactive and passionate Assistant Restaurant Supervisor to help manage the daily operations of our fine dining restaurant. You'll work closely with the team to ensure smooth service, coordinate between the kitchen and floor, and deliver an exceptional dining experience for every guest. If you have strong leadership skills and a keen eye for detail, we'd love to have you on our team.

Responsibilities:



Overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure a smooth and exceptional dining experience.

Supervise, train and motivate service staff to deliver attentive, professional, and personalized guest service.

Ensure service standards, fine dining etiquette, and company SOPs are upheld.

Monitor restaurant floor, proactively addressing guest needs and resolve complaints in professional manner.

Support in task delegation.

Uphold cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety across all service areas.

Assist with stock management, inventory checks, and coordination with the kitchen team.

Oversee cash handling, billing accuracy, and POS operations.

Contribute to achieving sales targets through upselling, wine pairings, and promotion.

Step in lead operations in the absence of Restaurant Supervisor or Restaurant Manager.

Requirements:



Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or senior service role, preferably in fine dining.

Strong leadership qualities with the ability to lead by example.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a guest-oriented mindset.

Knowledge in fine dining service standards, familiarity with Japanese cuisine or yakiniku service is a strong advantage.

Flexible to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Diploma / Certificate in Hospitality, F&B Management, or related field is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
