Job description
The Retail Manager is responsible for the management of retail outlets inclusive of staffing and stock inventory control, sales performance, security, maintenance and overall service standard.
Responsibilities:
Manage the outlet to which you are assigned to.
Ensure that sales performance meets target set.
Accountable for inventory in outlet.
Ensure that Customer care is maintained at the high level set.
Manage staff of the outlet - motivate and develop retail team.
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma or equivalent qualification.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage.
At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in related field. Experience in retail industry is advantageous.
Must have a warm personality with an ability to speak publicly.
Must have leadership capability in order to lead the team of staff effectively.
Good people coaching and development skills
Excellent communicator, people- oriented person with ability to engage with all levels of personnel
