Assistant Retail Store Manager
to join our new division at
IOI Mall Puchong

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily store functions, ensuring smooth operations.
Process and replenish merchandise to ensure stock availability.
Greet customers courteously and professionally, providing top-notch customer service and product recommendations.
Co-lead the retail team to maintain visual merchandising and cleanliness standards.
Recruit and hire new store employees.
Train and onboard new hires effectively.
Set, monitor, and exceed retail sales targets to drive company growth.
Provide timely sales reports and analysis, making recommendations and identifying risks for anticipated shortfalls.
Collaborate with management to plan and implement incentive programs and strategies to boost sales.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of management experience within the retail sector
Strong understanding of retail store operations and systems
Previous experience in managing relationships with mall landlords
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to RM3,500.00 per month
