Design, develop, test and implement RPA software systems with a fully integrated automation platform to meet business needs. Take ownership of the entire automation development life cycle. Provide support of workflows by identifying, tracking, and troubleshooting technical issues and risks. Review reports and new technologies on an ongoing basis to improve the automation process. Collaborate with stakeholders and different IT teams in automating processes across multiple business lines such as finance, customer intelligence, IT infrastructure, risk management and business optimization. Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX. Who are we looking for Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master\'s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Admin or related field. Preferable with 2 years of working experience in the related field is ideal for this position. Experienced with programming language such as Java, Dot Net, PHP, Python, C++, Visual Basic, C#, VBA, VB Script and EXCEL MACRO. Proficient in applications like AHK, Data loader, process runner, OCR technology. Possesses strong analytical skills with the ability to translate functional needs and complex requirements into test cases and automation scripts.
