Job Responsibility Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards Maintain a fully stocked store Ascertain customers needs and wants Recommend and display items that match customer needs Welcome and greet customers Manage point-of-sale processes Actively involved in the receiving of new shipments Keep up to date with product information Accurately describe product features and benefits Follow companies policies and procedures Job Requirements Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an advantage. Candidate must possess at least SPM Preferably 3 - 6 months of experience in retail field especially in selling IT products (mobile, gadget and networking) Fresh graduate are welcome to apply Basic knowledge of Microsoft (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook) Sales-oriented and good communication skills Able to do paperwork Own transport Job Benifits Attractive salary package (up to RM3K) per month Contribution deductions are cover (EPF,SOCSO and EIS) 2 off day per week Commission & Incentives Career growth On-the-job training Overtime & holiday pay Staff Purchase Uniform provided Medical claim 5 Working days, Monday to Friday, 10am - 10pm
