An Assistant Sales Executive is responsible for assisting in executing sales strategies, handling client follow-ups, preparing proposals, and supporting the sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding. They are expected to show initiative and grow into a more independent sales role over time.

Drive Sales & Client Acquisition



Manage the full sales cycle

for high-potential leads, from initial contact and qualification through to negotiation and closing deals.

Develop custom sales materials

(proposals, presentations, pricing) and present solutions effectively in client consultations.

Maintain an accurate sales pipeline

and provide reliable forecasting of expected deals.

Business Development & Strategy Contribution



Identify and pursue new market opportunities

, customer segments, and strategic partnerships.

Conduct market analysis

on competitors, pricing, and client behavior to provide actionable feedback for product/offer positioning.

Lead targeted sales campaigns

and represent the company professionally at industry events.

Relationship Management & Account Growth



Cultivate long-term relationships

with key accounts, proactively seeking opportunities for upsells, cross-sells, and renewals.

Take the lead in resolving escalated client issues

and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new customers.
4.

Team Support & Process Improvement



Serve as a role model

for best practices in client communication and pipeline management.

Provide guidance and mentorship

to junior sales associates.

Collaborate closely with Marketing and Operations

to align priorities and continuously improve sales and service delivery workflows.

Analyze personal sales performance

and contribute insights to overall team sales strategy and planning.

Job Requirements

:

1. Proven Sales Experience



Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales or a similar role, preferably in coworking space, real estate, service-based industries.

2. Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills



Able to confidently present solutions, handle objections, and close deals effectively with a consultative approach.

3. Leadership & Team Collaboration



Demonstrates initiative, guides junior team members, and works well with cross-functional teams to drive results.

4. Tech & Tool Proficiency



Skilled in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Canva for proposal creation and client presentations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
