Position Summary As for Assistant Sales Manager, you will be leading a very agile Sales team to deliver monthly sales targets. You must be highly sales goal-oriented, assertive, and customer-centric. Demonstrate the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization. Responsibilities Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. Utilizing current company database as well data mining to expand company\'s customer base. Manage, develop, coach, control, and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales targets are met. Recruit, hire and train new sales team Any duties and tasks which may be assigned by the superior from time to time Preparing Sales Pitch materials and support to internal sales and Corporate sales teams. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Advertising / Business Management or another closely related field With minimum of 5 years of relevant experience Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization Proven ability to drive successfully lead a sales team from plan to close.
