Prior experience in sales, preferably in a leadership role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with customer relationship management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with market trends and competitor activities.

Responsibilities

Collaborating with the Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies.
Monitoring and analyzing sales performance and providing regular reports to the Sales Manager.
Identifying new sales opportunities and potential customers.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
Supervising sales representatives and providing training and coaching to improve performance.
Assisting with sales forecasting and budgeting.
Communicating with other departments such as marketing and operations to ensure customer satisfaction.
Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
