Position :

Assistant Sales Manager

Location : KL/Selangor (occasional reporting to HQ in Penang)

Working Days : Monday to Saturday (6 days a week)

Working Hours : 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Basic Salary : RM3,800 - RM4,500 (depending on experience)

Gross Salary : RM5,500 - RM8,250

Probation Period: 6 months

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and support a small sales team to meet monthly targets Handle B2B sales in automotive, motorcycle, or hardware sectors Maintain strong customer relationships and grow new accounts Submit client visit schedule daily by 10:00 AM Communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds Plan and conduct regular field visits Promote brand presence in assigned areas Occasional short-term outstation trips may be required (up to 2 weeks)

Job Requirements :

Minimum 2 years of sales experience (field/walk-in sales preferred) Background in automotive, motorcycle, or hardware industries is an advantage Proficiency in Mandarin is required to serve Mandarin-speaking clients Strong leadership and team collaboration skills Good communication and reporting abilities Must be based in KL/Selangor and able to report to HQ on the first day Able to work independently and take initiative
