Assistant Sales Manager
who loves to thrive in a consultative sales environment and enjoy working with major enterprise and government clients.
Your Job Scope:
Lead sales efforts for key enterprise accounts, driving revenue and long-term client partnerships.
Build strong pipelines, guide solution-based conversations, and manage complex sales cycles.
Foster relationships with executives, partners, and stakeholders to explore opportunities.
Coach and support sales team members, helping them meet goals and sharpen their strategy.
Work closely with internal/external key experts to deliver impactful, value-driven proposals.
Stay current with market trends and help shape winning sales strategies.
Who You Are?
8 to 10+ years of experience in enterprise software, IT solutions, or B2B tech sales.
At least 2 years experiences in leading or mentoring sales teams.
Experience in managing key business partners.
Proactive communicator and fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Willingness to travel when needed.
