Responsibilities:

Drive to achieve monthly target set by management
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
Promote product and stay up to date with new products
Maintain outlet cleanliness and ensure that product is presented in an appealing manner
Collate, update and maintain reports on market and competitors\' activities on a monthly basis.
Lead and manage the activities of sales and marketing staff.
Manage budgets to make sure resources are used efficiently.
Plan and organise sales campaigns and promotions.

Requirement:

At least 1 year of working experience in related field is an added advantage
Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent
Able to work 6 days in a week, willing to work on shifts, weekend and public holidays
Have a basic understanding of computer proficient in using Microsoft Word and Excel.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin
Possess good verbal communication skills
Pleasant personality with service-oriented attitude
