to support the sales team in driving revenue, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role plays a key part in the execution of sales strategies and identifying new business opportunities to maximize hotel occupancy and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential corporate, government and travel agent clients.
Conduct regular sales calls, client visits and participate in sales events and exhibitions.
Support the Sales Manager in preparing proposals, contracts and quotations for clients.
Handle inquiries and follow up on leads to secure group bookings, events and room sales.
Monitor competitors' activities and market trends to identify new opportunities.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth execution of group bookings and events.
Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and brand standards.
Represent the hotel professionally in all dealings and presentations.
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years experience in hotel sales or similar role.
Strong understanding of corporate and travel market sales strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Customer oriented and results driven personality.
Presentable and professional attitude.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
