JOB DESCRIPTION: -Collaborate with Sales Head, in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets & KPI\'s set by the company. - Accountable for planning, strategizing and overseeing all sales activities of the company and managing the sales team. - Continually finding new opportunities to generate revenue, grow profitability, grow the business. - Maintain knowledge of the company\xe2\x80\x99s product as well as customer\xe2\x80\x99s product and services of interest. - Excellent Commercial & business management knowledge and network within the commercial vehicle industry. - Strength in problem solving and customers complains fulfillment, issue resolution, and ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment. - Excellent interpersonal, organization, negotiation and presentation skills. - Maintains a customer-oriented mindset, consistently keeping abreast of the company\xe2\x80\x99s external operating environment. - A strong work ethic and perseverance, necessary to succeed in a dynamic, fast-moving and results oriented retail environment. - Ability to work independently, and possess strong organizational and time management skills. - Positive mindset, result-oriented, high level of initiative and integrity. REQUIREMENTS: - Candidate must possess at least a SPM or higher or any related field. - Minimum two (1) years of experience in selling vehicles, preferably in commercial vehicles/automotive/industrial solutions industry. - Excellent communication skills in spoken and written in English and Malay. - Computer literate and knowledge in digital marketing is a huge plus. - Willing to travel and possess own transport. - Positions are available at our Sitiawan branch. - To undertake any additional assignment as instructed by the Company. Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
