Responsibilities & Requirements:

At least 5 years of working experience in similar post and relevant field.
In-depth knowledge in using Microsoft Office and Truck & Machinery knowledge.
To assist Manager in-charge of department business and operation. To build and manages branch operation inclusive of leading management, account management, business analytics, strategy planning and to achieve business target as required.
To promote and introduce our company product line to new prospect customer and follow up from existing customer on product performance, customer yearly budget and their satisfaction on our product.
To gather customer database and analysing customers\xe2\x80\x99 and market needs. The main target sectors are transporter, oil palm plantation, Timber company, forwarding company, forklift, tractor and generator prospect.
To resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing report and making recommendations to directors.
Location: Bintulu and Miri, Sarawak.
