Responsibilities:

Assist Head of Branch (NISSAN) to manage sales performance
Able to coach and lead sales force to become good performers
Able to plan and implement sales and marketing activities strategically
Manage customer relationship and implement high customer service standard set by company

Requirements:

Diploma in business studies or equivalent and minimum 2 years sales management experience
Those without necessary qualifications but with more than 5 years sales experience may apply
Able to work under pressure and result oriented
Multilingual will be added advantages
Possess pleasant personality and interpersonal skills
Willing to adopt performance-driven sales culture
Based in Sitiawan
