Recruit, develop and manage sales teams in Project locations
Establish strategic collaborations with local communities, real estate agencies, universities, cooperatives, associations, etc. to deliver expansion and sales objectives.
Plan and carry out programs to maintain active engagements with business partners. Eg. Roadshows, Seminar, workshops, private events, training, etc.
Coordinate with Marketing department to support the needs of business partners and agents.
Coordinate with Administration department to facilitate all bookings & sales of properties.
Monitor performance of all agents and identify areas of improvement.
Ensure all sales and expansion objectives are met according to the directive.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree preferably in any field with proven track records in sales
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Able to work independently and blends well in a team
