Assistant Sales Manager

Job Description
Our client is a leading healthcare distributor in SEA, specializing in pharmaceutical, medical devices, and consumer health products. They are looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and expand a portfolio of hospitals and eye-care specialists, identifying new business opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with clients, implementing trade programs and monitoring account performance.
- Ensure visibility and compliance of point-of-sale materials, coordinating events and activations.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and competitor intelligence, submitting weekly plans and tracking product performance.
- Conduct brand training and product knowledge sessions for new joiners.
- Degree holder with medical, healthcare or related field.
- 3-5 years relevant experience in healthcare
- Strong knowledge of Malaysia's healthcare industry
- Proficient in English and Malay, Mandarin would be an additonal strength
