The Assistant Sales Manager is created in order to develop corporate companies or industries located within or outside of Putrajaya. Primary goal of the individual will be to convert potential clients into Doubletree by Hilton Putrajaya Lakeside users/buyers of accommodation/rooms as well as meeting space for conferences and meetings.ons (by telephone and walk-in guest). \xc2\xb7 Minimum of 20 weekly face-to-face appointments are required to establish contacts and accounts portfolio with an annual target of 150 producers of which the top 20 accounts are to be major producers for the Doubletree by Hilton, Kuala Lumpur generating accommodation bookings, conferences and meetings. \xc2\xb7 After 3 months, an agreed number of all face-to-face appointments must be the companies not using Doubletree by Hilton Putrajaya Lakeside in order to develop new business. \xc2\xb7 To invite key decision makers to Doubletree by Hilton Putrajaya Lakeside for site inspections and meetings with the Director of Sales in order to obtain commitment to use of facilities. \xc2\xb7 Establish an alphabetical account filing system for all negotiations taken place with the clients. \xc2\xb7 Update promptly Delphi system account profile of management of accounts and ensure information is extracted by the client in order to set a clear strategy of management of accounts. \xc2\xb7 Submit in writing proposals for both accommodation and conference space as requested by the client and ensure sale is closed. Once sale is closed all necessary information must be passed to reservations and banquets for delivery of services requested. \xc2\xb7 Liaise with the ISO offices of HI worldwide in reference to bookings/leads and rates requested for accounts covered in the portfolio. \xc2\xb7 Liaise and follow up with support departments to ensure that special projects assigned are carried out e.g. Banquet Department. \xc2\xb7 Submit a daily/weekly review of all sales calls & recap sheets to Director of Sales. \xc2\xb7 To entertain 3 clients a week in the Hotel. To handle any other duties assigned by the Director of Sales Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

Education:
Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
Sales Marketing: 2 years (Preferred)
