Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange sales meetings. Take charge of the company\'s sales-related activities including developing new business, growth strategies and opportunities in the market and maximise long term profitable volume growth Presenting and conducting sales pitch to corporate clients. Initiate tender process and close deals. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives. Researching and analysing market trends and competitors, organizations and individuals to find new opportunities. Work in close collaboration with customer solutions, HQ to ensure a smooth order handling process and by forwarding feedback from customers or new product ideas/markets requirements to the respective departments Give advice on Rendering design and lay-out, negotiate price within limits of authority and payment terms Project and forecast sales numbers. Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events. Prepare presentation, proposal and quotation and sales follow-up with client. Prepare and review contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines. Work together with the \'MD\' to pinpoint business strategy that works and come out with plans for sales growth and profitability. Provide technical support including product training to customers. Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service and managing key client relationships Requirements Degree in Engineering or any other equivalent qualification Minimum of three to four years\' experience in a sales role within the meat industry equipment Experience in other investment goods (capital equipment/machinery) with relevant experience as a sales manager with P&L responsibilities will be considered Excellent networking and interpersonal skills Proactive, able to work independently and able to adapt to a matrix reporting environment Strong written and verbal English communication skills
