Position : Assistant Sales Manager / Senior Sales Executive Job duties : Maintain and expand customer database Identify potential new customers and maintain good sales and sustainable relationship with existing customers to achieve sales targets and business objectives in Malaysia; Maintain continuous business growth and team expansion in the region; Meet with customers regularly and orders follow up; Work closely with internal departments to deliver quality service Colleting marketing and customer information Consolidating and prepare market research, business plan, sales reports, sales forecasts, budgets and analysis reports Achieve sales targets and KPI; Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned. Requirements: Tertiary educated with minimum 5 years sales experience, preferably in metal/ chemicals/ manufacturing / raw materials industry; With strong network of manufacturing / raw materials industries in Selangor is mandatory. Candidates with premium product selling background are preferred; Good command of both spoken and written English, Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients; Good computer literacy, including MS Excel and PowerPoint; Excellent in interpersonal, communication, analytical and organizing skills; Able to interact with stakeholders from all levels; A strong sense of self-motivation, aggressiveness and responsibility; Result orientation, flexible attitude, able to work under pressure, with team work skills; Frequent business travel within Malaysia is required; This is a Permanent position, based in Selangor.
