Autoflo Technology supply a variety of chemical pumps (metering pumps, air operated diaphragm pumps, centrifugal pumps, gear pumps, etc.) and instrumentation to a wide segment of industries including chemical, glove, paper, food, automotive production, among others. We are looking to grow our sales team to better serve these industries. Join our team if the below description resonates with you and you are up for a new challenge! JOB DESCRIPTION
- Create sales plan and set sales target for the sales team
- Presenting monthly sales report and forecast to the management team
- Regular review of sales activity and pipeline with sales team and help sales personnel to achieve the target
- Take part in negotiation for large tenders
- Regular visits to important accounts to better understand the current market needs and identify new opportunities
- Improve and sharpen sales process together with the sales team
- Collaborate with marketing team to produce materials that will support with lead generation and brand awareness.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering or Industrial Engineering or similar
- Minimum 5 years working experience in selling of industrial equipment is highly desirable
- Understanding of general industrial operation and procurement process
- Desire to take the next step in the sales career into a management role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and entrepreneurial thinking
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English in writing, speaking and reading
- Possesses driver\xe2\x80\x99s license and a car
- Willing to travel outstation 10% of the time
