• Candidate must prossess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree.
• Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin is a MUST.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.

Tanggungjawab

• Assist in formulating, planning and implementation of marketing plans and strategies to promote company's properties and services to achieve sales targets.
• Conduct and update market research on the latest property launches/ trends and to prepare a research report to the management.
• Participate in conceptualizations and review of all advertising and promotional materials to ensure consistent and effective communication to the target markets.
• Organize and coordinate and participate in sales & marketing events such as sales launches, exhibitions, roadshows and other events.
• Work closely with sales teams to implement and monitors success of marketing and sales campaigns
• Liaise with relevant authorities for approval of licenses and to ensure timely submission relevant applications and quarterly reports required by authorities.
• Support new product launches, promotional events, and seasonal marketing initiatives.
