Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall management, supervision, and control of the service and workshop operations in accordance with the policies and procedures established.
• Manage and lead the After Sales and Service Department to provide our customers with quality and efficient preventive and comprehensive maintenance support services, as well as all of our other services.

• Management may delegate additional responsibilities to improve service business processes.

Required Skill(s):

• Preferably a manager with a background in automotive, business administration, or something similar.
• A Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Automotive, or an equivalent, is required.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, and/or Mandarin.
• This position requires at least 5 years of experience in a related field.
