JOB RESPONSIBILITIES * Oversee and manage Penang service team

Monitor service activity includes repairing and maintenance of machine as well as applications support to customer
Handle service contract and liaise with customer for major service issue
Reports to Operations Manager
Task to strengthen the service team and increase service revenue

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS * Degree/Diploma in Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering

Above 2 years working experience in Management and servicing or maintenance field relating to semicon industry will be preferred
Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
High English proficiency level

EMPLOYEE BENEFITS * Annual service incentive and bonus

BASE SALARY * Monthly salary range: RM 7,000.00 to RM 10,000.00
