Job Responsibility Work with Shipping Manager to check for latest freight that will arrive/discharge by sea and declaration status of the exhibits. To prepare the application and declaration of the freight arrives/discharge by sea using Custom online Information System (Rank Alpha) Work with Shipping Manager to prepare the necessary documents, correspondence, permit applications and custom forms. Responsible to make the arrangement to send the freight from port to the warehouse or in some circumstances directly to the exhibition site. Apply for the freight permit, temporary import permit and submit to Custom for approval Ensure that the application and documentation prepared according to custom s requirement and procedure.
