Job Highlights: - This is a contract position 12 months, renewable based on project requirement - Candidate with experience in Fire Alarm/Fire Protection systems will be given priority - Ability to start at short notice would be preferred. - Based in Kulim, Kedah - Allowances and Accommodation provided - Feel free to send your updated resume to hr@trident-builders.com : 1) Assisting the Site Manager in supervising and overseeing the project\'s direction, ensuring that the client\'s specifications and requirements are met, reviewing progress, and liaising with Project Manager/Site Manager to monitor cost. 2) Managing, planning, scheduling and supervising daily operations of the site progress, Site Supervisor and Construction workers. 3) Ensure all works carried out are in accordance to the drawings, specifications, construction plan, and procedure method statement. 4) Record and monitor all matter pertaining to construction daily activities and keep the detailed record on site, and report to the Site Manager on the progress report weekly. 5) Calculate the quantity of materials supplies, equipment needed for the project are as per approved specification. 6) Liaise with the QAQC Maincon team for the materials inspections and installations. 7) Construction planning procedures based on starting and completion times and staffing needs for each phase of construction, based on knowledge of available tools and equipment and various building methods. 8) Supervising the implementation of workplace safety and associated procedures; 9) Act as a Key-Person to every Supervisors and Workers at the Site. Shall there is any issues arise, must keep the Site Manager informed. 10) Performing related tasks as assigned by Site Manager/Management from time to time. Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Diploma/ Advanced Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Services or equivalent disciplines \xe2\x80\xa2 A minimum of 3-5 years of experience within M&E/Construction/Structural field is preferable for this position. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in Fire Alarm/Fire Protection System is a MUST \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project Management Software and general computer software \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong leadership and management skills, problem-solving skills, strong communication skills and able to multi-task. \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiar with building regulation, construction technique, material, testing and inspection procedure, and project implementation process. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good time management and teamwork skill. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. \xe2\x80\xa2 Applicant(s) must be Malaysian Citizen \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to start at a short notice will be given priority. \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess own transport
