• This position is based on project locations across West Malaysia
• Minimum SPM qualification (Diploma in Construction, Engineering, or related field is an advantage)
• ?Prior site experience is preferred
• Able to work independently and handle on-site challenges
• Good communication skills (Bahasa Malaysia required; English is an advantage)
• Possess a valid driving license (GDL license will be an advantage)
• CIDB Green Card and NIOSH certification will be an advantage
• ?Willing to travel and work at various project sites across West Malaysia

• Assist senior supervisors in managing and coordinating daily site activities
• Record site progress, workers' attendance, material usage, and safety checks
• Communicate and coordinate with contractors, suppliers, clients, and engineers
• Ensure all site work follows company standards and safety regulations
• Report site progress and issues to the superior on time

• Full EPF / SOCSO / EIS contributions
• Performance Bonus: RM200 - RM800
• Opportunity for promotion to Site Supervisor or Project Coordinator for outstanding performers
