Assistant Staff Engineer - Operational Technology (OT) Systems

Duties and responsibilities

• Engage business users and conduct Requirements Engineering & Management
• Responsible for the design, development, integration and testing of complex Operational Technology (OT) Systems / IT Systems with a focus on software programming, machine integration and database management.
• Participate in defining solution architectures for Operational Technology Systems that consists of MES, IIOT & Data Platforms, ERP and other Operational Technology (OT) and Information Technology (IT) integration.
• Agile project delivery with Digital engineering tools (e.g. ADO, JIRA)
• Ensure development is done in compliance with digital DevSecOps (Development, Security, Operations) practices, policies and tool sets.
• Provide technical support of OT Systems in a 24 x 7 environment
• Perform appropriate change control processes and documentation to assure Manufacturing OT systems and / or control systems are in a state of configuration control and compliance
• Participate software and system validation.

Professional competencies

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years experience in computer system lifecycle and application development in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in application development and computer system lifecycle.
• Computer system coding and development (C#, Angular, SQL)
• Source code management (Azure DevOps, GIT) and good exposure in Project Management.
• Will be add advantage if experiences in medical manufacturing field.
