Job Description

• At least 10 years of experience within the retail industry with 3-4 years in an assistant managerial role such as an assistant store manager or equivalent role
• Experience working in a retailer in another country is an added advantage
• Degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred
• Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Other languages will be an added advantage.
• Strong leadership and customer service-orientation
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge in business management and retail operations process
• Appreciation of consumer trends that are aligned to Qra\'s mission and values.

• Ensure the smooth end-to-end operations within the store to deliver excellent customer experience within the store.
• Responsible for the profit and loss of the store. This includes creating tactical strategies to enable the store to attract new customers, expand store traffic of improve profitability.
• Ensure store compliance with the health and safety regulations as well as internal standards and SOPs.
• Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits to provide feedback to the HQ team to enhance product range and services.
• Undertake store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.
• Monitor inventory levels and order new items.
• Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and respond to complaints in a professional manner.
