Job Description
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, any field
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to work in a fast pace environment
- Willing to work on weekend/public holidays and shifts
- Applicants must be willing to work around KL / Selangor
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
- Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
- Shift responsibilities and is accountable to the operations smooth running
- Responsible for sales and profitability of the restaurant and people management strategic
- Good in inventory and costing management
- Conducting training and maintaining SOP
- Able to create a strong working relationship with all staffs and help groom and develop their potential
- Lead and motivate staffs in achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction
- Enforcement of hygiene regulations and upkeep of hygiene standard
- Able too handle customer queries and feedbacks, provide solutions and customer recovery
