• Experience in hospitality, food & beverages, retail or leisure background.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Having a third language/dialect is an added advantage.
• Bucket-loads of passion and energy to inspire, lead and grow your team.
• Confidence to build network with local businesses and engage with our customers to make them feel like myBurgerLab is their home away from home.
• Having natural desire to drive sales and the commercial mindset to make IT happen.
• Good interpersonal skills, able to interact well with all levels, always ready to listen and learn from others.
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Required to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• This role will be based in myBurgerLab Seapark, Sunway and Hartamas.

Tanggungjawab

• Lead, develop and motivate the restaurant team to deliver the myBurgerLab\'s experience.
• Support the attraction, recruitment and training of the team.
• Support the growth and development of the team through training and quality conversations.
• Recognize and acknowledge successes and ensure everyone is well informed and heard by using the appropriate communication channels.
• Develop labor schedules that enable the team to deliver myBurgerLab\'s experience.
• Support the team to deliver amazing food, served hot and fresh.
• Manage inventory and order stocks to ensure all products are available during shift.
• Upkeep the restaurant to be beautiful, safe and clean which represents myBurgerLab brand identity.
• Carry out, monitor and implement procedures to ensure myBurgerLab is a safe, fun and legal working environment.
• Grow sales by running shifts in a way that creates positive customer moments and delivers operational efficiencies.
• Manage costs including Gross Profit, Waste and Labor.
• Review and ensure timely, accurate daily / weekly / monthly reporting are completed.
