? Job Responsibilities:
Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and staff management
Lead and motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service
Monitor stock levels and ensure proper inventory management
Ensure the store meets hygiene, safety, and operational standards
Train, guide, and evaluate crew performance
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
Requirements:
Minimum SPM/Diploma (or equivalent)
Experience in F&B/retail is preferred (1-2 years in supervisory role)
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and team player
