Assistant Store Manager

Job Description
Overall Responsibility:
Support the Store Manager in daily operations, sales management, and team leadership; act as store-in-charge when Store Manager is absent.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in achieving sales and KPI targets by driving team performance. Supervise sales floor activities to ensure high-quality customer service. Support training and development of team members to meet service and product knowledge standards. Assist in inventory management, stock checks, and minimizing shrinkage. Monitor staff discipline, grooming, and adherence to company policies. Ensure VM guidelines and promotional displays are executed effectively. Handle customer feedback and service recovery. Prepare daily/weekly sales and operations reports for management review. Provide leadership and act as a role model on the sales floor.
Requirement
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in
retail/ business management
is a plus. At least 2 years of working experience in the Retail industry, preferablyApparel/ Fashion global brand
experience or relevant experiences. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
