Job Description
Our client is from one of the largest luxury retail companies in Malaysia. The business is continuously growing and they\'re expanding their team by hiring an experienced Assistant Store Manager. Responsibilities
- Monitoring sales performance, setting sales targets, and implementing strategies to achieve sales goals
- Providing excellent customer service by assisting customers and resolving any issues that may arise
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness
- Maintaining adequate stock levels and monitoring inventory turnover
- Minimum 5-8 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience working in a luxury retail industry
- Strong knowledge of the luxury industry and the competitors
- Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills and customer service
- Dental insurance
- Day shift
- Commission pay
