To maintain a professional standard of customer care in promoting company products & managing an effective team.

Requirements:

Minimum STPM with retail manager experience OR Diploma/ Degree in any field. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in retail / F&B industry. Good interpersonal & follow-up skill, adaptable and result-oriented. Possess outgoing personality, positive and high energy level. Applicants must be Malaysian citizens.

Responsibilities

Achievement of sales target set. Instill a high standard of friendly, professional customer service. Work hand in hand with the Area Manager in the employment of high caliber sales staff and the maintenance of adequate staffing levels. Implementation of an efficient in-store training program. Efficient organization and operation of the shop. Maintenance of sufficient stock level at all times.
