Assistant Store Supervisor
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum SPM holder; Diploma or Degree in Retail, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field is an advantage
Minimum 5 years working experience in store, warehouse, or logistics environment
Able and willing to work overtime (OT) when required
Experience managing incoming goods, outgoing packing, and store organization
Knowledge of logistics and delivery coordination
Possess Forklift Driving License (Lesen Kelas F) is an advantage
Dedicated, reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently
Strong leadership and team management skills
Fast learner and adaptable to operational changes
RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency Supervise store staff and promote teamwork, performance, and morale Manage incoming, outgoing, and stored inventory accurately Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations Maintain proper store layout, organization, and cleanliness Ensure compliance with safety standards and company SOPs Monitor stock levels and support inventory control processes Assist in continuous improvement of store processes and efficiency
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
