1.4 RESPONSIBILITY
STOCKS
a. Responsible for recording all incoming & outgoing stocks in
Office & warehouse.
b. Submit the product\'s serial number scanning report to Outside Plant Integrator
c. Dealing with Outside Plant Integrator Department on all products
related issues.
d. Sourcing and booking transporter Companies for materials
Collection.
e. Assist Logistic Supervisor.
1.5 SKILLS
a. Computer literate - Microsoft Office
b. Excellent Records Keeping
c. Inventory Control
d. Logistics arrangements
1.6 QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE
a Minimum SPM, Diploma in related field
b 2 to 3 years experience in handling coordination works
c Dealt with external parties - Sub-contractors, Transporter etc.
1.7 AUTHORITY
a. Issuing Dos and Invoices.
b. Recommend minimum ex-stock level
c. Communicate direct Transporter on matters related to materials
delivery.
GDL license posses is an advantage.
