Job Description

Prepare, check, and maintain

store-related documents

such as Delivery Orders (DO), Goods Received Notes (GRN), material issue forms, and stock records. Record

incoming and outgoing stock

accurately in the system or manual records. Verify documentation against physical stock information provided by the store/warehouse team. Maintain proper

filing and documentation

of inventory records, DOs, GRNs, and related paperwork. Assist in preparing

stock reports

, summaries, and reconciliation records. Coordinate with

Purchasing, Production, and Accounts

departments on documentation matters. Support

stock take activities

by preparing records and assisting in reconciliation. Report discrepancies in documentation, stock records, or data entry errors to the supervisor. Ensure documentation complies with

company procedures and audit requirements

. Perform any other documentation-related duties as assigned by the Storekeeper / Supervisor.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
