Responsibility
To maintain a professional standard of customer care in promoting company products & managing an effective team:
Assist store manager in hiring & managing staffs' duty roster, leave, welfare, disciplinary issues
Motivate & train staffs on the company's policy, SOP, customer service & selling skills
Come up with a strategy to achieve sales target
Generate & provide necessary reports as required (staff turnover, sales, inventory level, etc)
Provide professional services to customers
Maintain a professional level of customer service in promoting the company's products:

Ensure adequate stock levels
Achieve sales targets (sales target)
Being a cashier and promote expertise in card
