:Job Responsibilities

• Ensure safety practices and procedures at workplace are practiced in accordance with Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) and OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate people management by ensuring staffs are qualified in performing their duties (Identify key area of improvement - Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Technical Requirement Key Performance Indicator (TRKPI), Master Agreed Procedure (MAP), Project Operating Guidelines (POG) and Infection Control Policy) as per requirement in CA and to perform On-Job Training for new staff.
• Ensure waste management storage area (Clinical Waste store, Other Schedule Waste store, 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) store and Food Composting area) as per storage management guidelines.
• Ensure cleaning and maintenance of healthcare waste store and tools (washing and sanitize receptacles) as per agreed schedule in Hospital Specific Implementation Plan (HSIP), Technical Requirement Key Performance Indicator (TRKPI), Master Agreed Procedure (MAP), Project Operating Guideline (POG) and Deduction Formula Guidelines.
• Support in consumables management in order to ensure optimisation of usage as per SOP and to avoid misuse.
• Utilize and check accuracy of data ( SOP and MoH forms ) and timely data entry for HWMS in ASIS (Asset and Services Information System) and ESWIS system from DOE (Departmental of Environment).
• Conduct daily routine inspection for HWMS as per Hospital Specific Implementation Plan.
• Support Facility Head of Hygiene & Supervisor to perform on job training for HWMS staffs & user training for hospital staffs.

Job Requirements:

• High School Certificate (Specialised in Healthcare Waste Management Services)

• At least 4 - 6 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

• Independent and adept at working in groups, with the ability to interact with all levels of personnel.
