Make sure products in good condition when handling
Improve customer satisfaction and help to get google review on social media
Immediately and respectfully respond to guest requests; report guest complaints to immediate supervisor and assists in resolving such complaints.
Identify interest and understand customer needs and requirements
Come up with strategy to achieve sales target.
Assist retail team colleagues whenever possible
Assist in compiling the monthly stock and variance report
Assist ensuring the prompt fulfillment of orders release
Responsible deliver of superior in-store presence to improve distribution, visibility, merchandising and pricing execution
Responsible for payment and collections to ensure payment are collected promptly
Responsible for the inventory checking, merchandising, respond to customer concern, proposing promotion orders, negotiation, execution, payment collection and after sales service follow up.
