Job descriptions:
Coordinate with Marketing on residents' arrival dates.
Prepare hostel units for new residents and ensure they meet client requirements.
Maintain cleanliness and safety in the dormitory.
Monitor CCTV and enforce hostel rules.
Oversee pest control and fogging activities.
Monitor transportation arrangements monthly.
Report damages for maintenance action.
Raise PR in the system with justification.
Counsel workers in case of disputes.
Conduct inventory checks and ensure audit readiness.
Communicate daily issues to clients.
Keep all documentation complete and accurate.
Perform other tasks assigned by management.
Requirements:
Minimum SPM
At least 1 year Working Experience
Able to read and write
Able to have smoothly communication with our diverse customers (Ex: China, Indonesia and others)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From RM2,100.00 per month
