Through this 2-month comprehensive program, you'll receive intensive soft skills and role-specific functional training, followed by On-the-Job Training (OJT) in real retail environments. You'll gain the knowledge, skills, and confidence you need to excel in leadership positions within the dynamic retail industry.

Who We're Looking For:

SPM, Diploma, or Degree holders in any field Strong communication and leadership skills Previous retail experience is a plus but not required Ability to manage time effectively Eager to learn and develop new skills Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays Own transportation is required

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
