Supervise packing operators and ensure they follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), hygiene, and safety regulations.
Check product quality, packaging materials, labeling, and sealing to ensure compliance with company standards.
Monitor machine performance and coordinate with maintenance for any breakdowns or abnormalities.
Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the packing area in compliance with GMP and food safety requirements.
Record and report daily packing output, manpower utilization, and any issues encountered during the shift.
Train and guide operators on proper packing procedures and work discipline.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and minimize product losses.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Packing Supervisor or management.
